Victual Sliver would be a great addition to a Sliver tribal deck, helping to provide life gain and utility to the creatures in the deck. However, the card might be considered suboptimal compared to other Sliver cards like the Gemhide Sliver or Blur Sliver, which offer more impactful abilities. Victual Sliver could still see play in a Sliver deck for its unique attribute, but might not be included in every build depending on the overall strategy of the deck.

Abilities that Slivers grant, as well as power/toughness boosts, are cumulative. However, for some abilities, like flying, having more than one instance of the ability doesn’t provide any additional benefit.
