A deck that benefits from ramping up its mana quickly, such as a control deck looking to play powerful spells ahead of curve or a combo deck needing extra resources, would find Treasure Token useful. While there are other cards like Lotus Petal or Mox Diamond that provide immediate mana acceleration, Treasure Token's flexibility in producing any color of mana could be advantageous in certain multicolor decks. Whether or not it should see play would depend on the specific strategy and mana requirements of the deck, but it could be a solid inclusion in the right build.
