Aphetto Dredging would benefit a tribal creature deck that focuses on a specific creature type, such as zombies or elves, as it allows you to recur up to three creature cards of that type from your graveyard to your hand. While Aphetto Dredging is a decent card for graveyard recursion in tribal decks, there are better options available such as Gravecrawler or Living Death which offer more impactful effects. Whether Aphetto Dredging should see play would depend on the specific strategy and synergy of the deck it is being considered for.
