The Salubrious Philosopher would fit best in a slow, grindy Golgari (B/G) midrange or control deck that is built with very clear card-type density—meaning a solid land/ramp package (mana base), a high concentration of removal spells, and a small number of expensive finishers—so that its replacement-draw ability consistently “tutors” the exact category you need; it’s especially appealing in Commander, where repeatable card selection on a legendary creature is valuable and games go long enough to leverage 6+ mana win conditions.
