Unstable Molecule Suit would fit best in Commander decks that rely heavily on their commander staying on the battlefield—especially Voltron strategies (like Rograkh, Yoshimaru, Wyleth, or Sram) that want to suit up a single creature and attack—because giving +2/+2 and indestructible protects against most board wipes and combat damage, and the cheaper Equip commander {2} makes it more efficient in that context. That said, it’s generally outclassed by **Darksteel Plate** (same indestructible for equip {2} to any creature), **Commander's Plate** (much larger stat boost plus protection), and especially **Swiftfoot Boots** and **Lightning Greaves**, which grant hexproof/shroud to stop exile and targeted removal while costing less to deploy and equip; even **Hammer of Nazahn** auto-equips and grants indestructible with higher upside.
