Wingspan Mentor would be a valuable addition to a blue-based flying tribal deck in Magic: the Gathering, as it provides support for enhancing flying creatures on the battlefield. While it may not be the most powerful card in a competitive setting, it can synergize well with other flying-focused cards and strategies. Other cards like Sephara, Sky's Blade or favorable Winds might offer more impactful effects for a flying tribal deck, but Wingspan Mentor could still see play as a solid support card for such a theme.
