About Unruly Mob
Unruly Mob, Creature — human, designed by Ryan Pancoast first released in Sep, 2011 in the set Innistrad and was printed exactly in 4 different ways.
Unruly Mob would be beneficial in a white weenie or token-based deck that focuses on sacrificing creatures for value. However, there are better options like Blood Artist or Zulaport Cutthroat that provide additional benefits when creatures die, making them more versatile choices. Unruly Mob could see play in a casual or budget deck, but in more competitive environments, it may not be as impactful compared to other options available.
Rules
04/08/16
If Unruly Mob and another creature you control die simultaneously (perhaps because they were both attacking or blocking), Unruly Mob won’t be on the battlefield as its triggered ability resolves. It can’t be saved by the +1/+1 counter that would have been put on it.
