Training Drone, Artifact creature — drone, designed by Matt Cavotta first released in May, 2020 in the set Mirrodin Besieged and was printed exactly in 2 different ways.
Training Drone would fit well in a deck that focuses on equipment synergy, such as a Boros (red and white) or Azorius (blue and white) aggro deck that utilizes cards like Stoneforge Mystic to fetch and equip powerful artifacts quickly. While Training Drone has potential, it may be outclassed by cards like Skyhunter Skirmisher or Adanto Vanguard, which can attack without needing equipment and provide more immediate pressure. Its reliance on being equipped may limit its effectiveness, so while it can see play in specific builds, it might not be the most competitive option compared to other aggressive creatures that don’t require additional resources to function.
