A deck that requires a lot of colorless mana, such as Eldrazi or artifact-heavy decks, would benefit from including Thran Dynamo. While it is a solid ramp card, there are better options available, such as Gilded Lotus or Mana Vault, which provide more immediate mana acceleration. Thran Dynamo could see play in budget decks or as a budget alternative to more expensive options.
