About Somnophore
Somnophore, Creature — illusion, designed by Andrew Robinson first released in Oct, 1998 in the set Urza's Saga.
This card, Somnophore, would be a great addition to a control deck in Magic: the Gathering, as it provides a strong disruptive element by tapping down key creatures of the opponent. While it has its merits, there are potentially more powerful options like Frost Titan that offer similar effects with added versatility, making Somnophore less likely to see competitive play in high-level decks.
