This card, Rumbling Aftershocks, would benefit a red deck that focuses on casting multiple kicked spells, such as a kicker-themed deck or a deck that generates a lot of mana to kick spells multiple times. While Rumbling Aftershocks can be a fun and impactful card in the right deck, there are potentially better options like Valakut Awakening or Roiling Vortex that offer more immediate value or disruption. However, in the right deck, Rumbling Aftershocks could definitely see play as a powerful finisher or control tool.
