This card would benefit a deck focused on generating and utilizing Agility tokens to defend against attacks and trigger its effect. However, the requirement of destroying an Agility token to defend may limit its effectiveness, especially if the opponent can prevent the destruction of tokens. Cards like Swift Reflexes which provide a similar effect without the token requirement may be better options. Overall, while Overcome Adversity can be situationally useful, it may not see widespread play in competitive decks due to its limitations.
