Mowu, Loyal Companion, Legendary creature — dog, designed by Kimonas Theodossiou first released in Apr, 2019 in the set War of the Spark and was printed exactly in 4 different ways.
Mowu, Loyal Companion would be a great addition to a Green-based creature deck that focuses on +1/+1 counter synergies, as it can quickly grow in size and become a formidable threat with its built-in counter-doubling ability. While there may be other cards that offer similar benefits, Mowu's combination of vigilance, trample, and counter manipulation make it a strong contender in such a deck. It should definitely see play in decks looking to capitalize on its abilities and enhance their board presence.

Because Mowu’s replacement effect affects only Mowu, it will apply if Mowu somehow enters the battlefield with one or more +1/+1 counters on it and give Mowu an additional +1/+1 counter.
