This card would fit well in a red aggressive deck that focuses on attacking quickly and dealing damage fast. Its Bushido ability makes it a formidable blocker or attacker, and the ability to give all samurai creatures double strike can lead to a powerful and unexpected combat trick. While there may be more efficient cards for similar effects, Iizuka the Ruthless can still be a strong inclusion in the right deck, especially if you have a synergy with samurai creatures.
