About Fraying Sanity
Fraying Sanity, Enchantment — aura curse, designed by Ryan Alexander Lee first released in Jul, 2017 in the set Hour of Devastation Promos and was printed exactly in 7 different ways. It see play in 1 formats: Commander. It's a key card in 5 combos.
A mill deck focused on filling the opponent's graveyard would benefit from using Fraying Sanity as it can rapidly increase the number of cards milled each turn. However, there are better cards like Glimpse the Unthinkable or Archive Trap that can mill more cards at once and have a greater impact on the opponent's library. Fraying Sanity could see play in a mill deck as a supplemental card for consistent milling, but it may not be a top choice compared to other more powerful mill cards available.
Rules
07/14/17
Fraying Sanity’s triggered ability counts the number of cards that were put into the enchanted player’s graveyard during the turn, even if Fraying Sanity wasn’t on the battlefield at the time those cards were put there, and even if those cards have left that graveyard.
