Decks utilizing cards like Liliana of the Veil or The Eldest Reborn can benefit from the synergy of recurring threats while controlling the board. However, there are arguably better options for recursion, such as Grave Titan or Kaya's Guile, which provide immediate board presence or additional utility. While Coffin Puppets has a unique effect, its reliance on sacrificing lands and the specific timing of activation may limit its playability compared to more versatile options in competitive formats.
