About Baneful Omen

Baneful Omen, Enchantment, designed by Karl Kopinski first released in Apr, 2010 in the set Rise of the Eldrazi.

Baneful Omen would be a strong addition to a control deck that focuses on card advantage and disrupting opponents' strategies. However, the high mana cost may limit its effectiveness in faster-paced formats. A potentially better alternative could be Underworld Dreams, which deals damage to opponents whenever they draw a card, providing a consistent source of damage. Baneful Omen could see play in slower, grindy decks looking to drain opponents' life totals over time.
