Whispering Shade, Creature — shade, designed by Daren Bader first released in Oct, 2001 in the set Odyssey.
Whispering Shade would be a great addition to a black-based aggro deck that aims to quickly overwhelm the opponent with efficient creatures and combat tricks. However, there are better options available such as Nantuko Shade, which offers a similar effect but can grow larger and more threatening over time. While Whispering Shade may have some niche uses in specific strategies, it may not be the most competitive choice for most decks in the current metagame.
