Weave Fate, Instant, designed by Zack Stella first released in May, 2020 in the set Khans of Tarkir and was printed exactly in 2 different ways.
A control or tempo deck in Magic: the Gathering would benefit from using Weave Fate, as it provides card advantage and helps maintain hand size. However, there are better options available such as Fact or Fiction, which allows for more flexibility in card selection. While Weave Fate may not be a top-tier card, it could still see play in certain budget or casual decks.
