A deck focusing on +1/+1 counters and aggressive strategies, such as a green-white or green-red aggro deck, would benefit from including Tuskguard Captain. Its ability to grant trample to all creatures with +1/+1 counters can help push through damage and close out games quickly. However, there are better options available such as Avatar of the Resolute or Pelt Collector that offer more immediate value and synergies with +1/+1 counter strategies, making them potentially stronger choices for inclusion in a deck. Tuskguard Captain could still see play in more casual or budget decks looking to capitalize on the trample ability it provides.
