A deck that focuses on aggressive strategies and wants to pressure the opponent quickly would benefit from using Tromokratis, as its ability to become unblockable unless all defending creatures block it can apply significant pressure on the opponent's life total. However, in a competitive setting, there are likely better options available, such as more efficient threats or cards with additional abilities that provide more immediate impact on the game. Tromokratis may not see much play in highly optimized decks, but it can still be a fun and flavorful inclusion in more casual or thematic decks.

The defending player may block Tromokratis with each creature they control. If that player can’t, perhaps because one of those creatures is tapped, or chooses not to, Tromokratis can’t be blocked.
