About Shifting Sliver
Shifting Sliver, Creature — sliver, designed by Darrell Riche first released in Feb, 2003 in the set Legions and was printed exactly in 3 different ways.
Shifting Sliver is particularly beneficial in a Sliver tribal deck, where the synergy between Slivers enhances their overall effectiveness, allowing for aggressive strategies while making it harder for opponents to block your attacks. While there are powerful alternatives like Sliver Overlord or Sliver Legion that can provide even greater benefits in terms of board presence and synergy, Shifting Sliver's ability to evade blockers can be valuable in specific matchups. Overall, it should see play in dedicated Sliver decks, especially those focused on aggression and evasion, but its inclusion may depend on the specific strategy and card pool available.
Rules

Abilities that Slivers grant, as well as power/toughness boosts, are cumulative. However, for some abilities, like flying, having more than one instance of the ability doesn’t provide any additional benefit.
