Senate Guildmage, Creature — human wizard, designed by G-host Lee first released in Jan, 2019 in the set Ravnica Allegiance.
Senate Guildmage would be a good fit in a control or tempo deck that focuses on gaining incremental advantages through life gain and card advantage. While it may not be a powerhouse on its own, its versatility in providing both life gain and card draw can be valuable in longer games. However, there are better options for both life gain and card draw in Magic: the Gathering, such as Sphinx's Revelation for life gain and Opt for card draw, so Senate Guildmage may not always be the optimal choice depending on the specific deck strategy.
