Scab-Clan Giant, Creature — giant warrior, designed by Zoltan Boros first released in May, 2013 in the set Dragon's Maze and was printed exactly in 2 different ways.
A Gruul aggro deck that focuses on aggressive creature strategies would benefit from including Scab-Clan Giant, as it provides a strong body with the potential to remove an opponent's creature upon entering the battlefield. However, there are better options like Questing Beast or Inferno Titan that offer more consistent and impactful abilities, making them preferable choices in most cases. While Scab-Clan Giant can be situationally useful, it may not see widespread play in competitive decks due to its randomness and lack of versatility compared to other available options.

If Scab-Clan Giant leaves the battlefield before its ability resolves, no fight will happen and neither creature will deal damage. Also, if the target creature is an illegal target when the ability tries to resolve, it won’t resolve and no fight will happen.

To choose a target at random, all legal targets must have an equal chance of being chosen. There are many ways to do this, including assigning each possible legal target a number and rolling a die.
