This card, Restore, would be beneficial in a deck that focuses on graveyard recursion or land-based strategies, such as a Golgari or Selesnya deck. While Restore is a decent option for its cost, a potentially better alternative could be Crucible of Worlds, which allows you to play lands from your graveyard every turn. However, Restore could still see play in decks looking for a budget-friendly option for land recursion.
