However, there are better options available, such as the shock lands like Watery Grave, Blood Crypt, and Steam Vents, which can enter untapped if you pay 2 life, making them more efficient in most situations. Crumbling Necropolis may see play in budget or casual decks where access to all three colors is crucial, but in competitive settings, the shock lands are generally preferred.
