An artifact-focused deck that aims to have artifacts on the battlefield consistently would benefit most from Artificer's Epiphany, as it provides card advantage while potentially avoiding the discard effect. However, there are better options such as Thirst for Knowledge or Fact or Fiction which offer similar card draw potential without the drawback of discarding a card. While Artificer's Epiphany can be situationally useful, it may not be the most optimal choice for competitive play compared to other card draw options available.
