Celebração Planar, Feitiço, desenhada por Wisnu Tan lançada primeiramente em May, 2019 na edição War of the Spark Promos e foi impressa exatamente em 2 formas diferentes. É uma carta chave em 3 combos.
Um deck focado na geração de fichas, recuperação de cemitério e sinergia de contadores +1/+1 se beneficiaria ao incluir a Celebração Planar em sua estratégia. Embora o card ofereça versatilidade com seus quatro modos diferentes, pode ser considerado muito intensivo em mana para alguns decks. Outros cards como o Final da Glória ou Final da Devastação poderiam oferecer efeitos semelhantes com impacto potencialmente maior, dependendo das necessidades específicas e do estilo de jogo do deck. No geral, a Celebração Planar poderia ser jogada em um deck mais lento e controlador que valoriza a flexibilidade e a vantagem incremental.

Players can respond to a spell or ability whose effect includes proliferating. Once that spell or ability starts to resolve, however, and its controller chooses which permanents and players will get new counters, it’s too late for anyone to respond.

To proliferate, you can choose any permanent that has a counter, including ones controlled by opponents. You can’t choose cards in any zone other than the battlefield, even if they have counters on them.

If the second mode is chosen at least once, and every target permanent card is an illegal target by the time Planewide Celebration tries to resolve, the spell doesn’t resolve. None of the other chosen modes happen. If only some of the targets are illegal targets but at least one is still legal, you still do as much as you can and the illegal targets aren’t affected.

No matter which combination of modes you choose, you always follow the instructions of Planewide Celebration in the order they are written. If a mode is chosen more than once, you perform that mode’s instruction that many times sequentially.
