Wolfkin Bond zou nuttig zijn in een op groen wezens gebaseerd kaartspel dat zich richt op het genereren van tokens en het polijsten van individuele wezens. Hoewel het een behoorlijke boost geeft aan het betoverde wezen en een token creëert bij het betreden van het slagveld, zijn er efficiëntere kaarten zoals Rancor of Armadillo Cloak die vergelijkbare effecten bieden tegen lagere manakosten. Wolfkin Bond zou spel in casual of budgetdecks kunnen zien, maar het is misschien niet competitief genoeg voor meer geoptimaliseerde strategieën.
