About Tenured Inkcaster
Tenured Inkcaster, Creature — vampire warlock, designed by Jake Murray first released in Mar, 2021 in the set Strixhaven: School of Mages and was printed exactly in 2 different ways.
This card would be a great addition to a black-based aggro deck that focuses on pumping up creatures with +1/+1 counters and draining life from opponents. While Tenured Inkcaster offers a nice synergy with its ability to drain life when attacking with creatures with +1/+1 counters, there may be better options like Blood Artist or Kalastria Highborn that provide more immediate value or have additional abilities. However, Tenured Inkcaster could still see play in the right deck that aims to apply pressure and gain incremental life advantage.
