Spirebluff Canal is een veelzijdig land waar decks die vroeg in het spel toegang willen hebben tot zowel blauwe als rode mana, van kunnen profiteren. Decks die een mix van deze kleuren vereisen, zoals Izzet-controle- of tempodecks, zouden deze kaart nuttig vinden.
