De verwijding van de geest, Betovering, designed by Iain McCaig first released in Jul, 2016 in the set Eldritch Moon Promos and was printed exactly in 5 different ways. It see play in 1 formats: Commander.

Een controledeck dat tot doel heeft het spelplan van de tegenstander te verstoren door zijn middelen te beperken en voordeel te halen uit zijn spreuken, zou baat hebben bij het gebruik van Mind's Dilation. Hoewel de kaart aanzienlijke waarde kan bieden doordat je de niet-landkaarten van je tegenstander gratis kunt gebruiken, is het een dure kaart die mogelijk te traag is voor competitief spel. In sommige gevallen kunnen andere betoveringen zoals Omniscience of Future Sight meer directe en krachtige effecten bieden voor vergelijkbare manakosten, waardoor ze mogelijk betere opties zijn voor bepaalde decks.
