Lu Su, Wu Advisor, Legendary creature — human advisor, designed by Zhao Tan first released in May, 1999 in the set Portal Three Kingdoms and was printed exactly in 2 different ways.
This card would be beneficial in a control or tempo deck that focuses on drawing cards and maintaining card advantage. While Lu Su, Wu Advisor's ability to draw a card is useful, there are better options available in Magic: the Gathering such as Jace, the Mind Sculptor or Teferi, Time Raveler, which offer more versatile and powerful abilities. Lu Su, Wu Advisor may not see much play in competitive formats due to its higher mana cost and limited impact compared to other options available.

If a turn has multiple combat phases, the ability can only be activated before the beginning of the declare attackers step of the first combat phase in that turn.
