A deck that focuses on aggressive strategies and creature combat would benefit from including Dromoka Captain, especially one that features other creatures with low toughness that can benefit from bolstering. While there may be better options in terms of power level, such as more efficient creatures or those with additional abilities, Dromoka Captain could still see play in a casual or thematic deck centered around bolster mechanics or human soldier tribal synergies.

Bolster itself doesn’t target any creature, though some spells and abilities that bolster may have other effects that target creatures. For example, you could put counters on a creature with protection from white with Aven Tactician’s bolster ability.
