Dreadwaters, Sorcery, designed by Cliff Childs first released in May, 2012 in the set Avacyn Restored and was printed exactly in 3 different ways.
A deck that focuses on controlling and ramping up lands would benefit from including Dreadwaters, as it can potentially mill a significant number of cards from the opponent's library. However, there are more efficient mill cards available in Magic: the Gathering, such as Mind Funeral or Glimpse the Unthinkable, which can mill a fixed amount of cards regardless of land count. While Dreadwaters can be situationally powerful, it may not be the most optimal choice for competitive play due to its reliance on the number of lands controlled.

The number of cards put into the graveyard is based on the number of lands you control when Dreadwaters resolves.
