Demon's Horn, Artifact, designed by Alan Pollack first released in Feb, 2004 in the set Darksteel and was printed exactly in 11 different ways.
A deck that focuses on black spells and gaining life would benefit from including Demon's Horn, such as a control deck with a lot of black removal spells and card draw. However, there are better options like Sorin, Vengeful Bloodlord which not only gains you life but also has additional utility. Demon's Horn could see play in a budget deck or as a sideboard option against aggressive strategies, but in most competitive decks, there are more efficient cards to consider.
