Awe for the Guilds, Sorcery, designed by Mathias Kollros first released in May, 2020 in the set Dragon's Maze.
This card could benefit a red aggressive deck looking to push through damage by preventing monocolored creatures from blocking. However, there are better options available such as Pyroclasm or Anger of the Gods for board control, or Searing Blaze for targeted removal and damage. Awe for the Guilds may not see much play in competitive Magic: the Gathering decks due to its limited impact compared to other available options.

A monocolored creature is exactly one color. (Colorless creatures aren’t monocolored.)
