Anche se può essere utile a livello situazionale, carte più versatili come Decadimento Improvviso o Dismember possono avere un impatto complessivo maggiore e potrebbero essere considerate alternative migliori, eventualmente relegando Trasmutazione a un'opzione del sideboard per abbinamenti specifici.
