Adéphage géant, Créature : insecte, conçu par Christine Choi sorti pour la première fois en May, 2020 dans l'édition Gatecrash et a été imprimé exactement dans 6 formes différentes.

Un deck axé sur les stratégies agressives et la génération de jetons gagnerait à inclure Giant Adephage, car il a le potentiel de multiplier rapidement sa présence sur le champ de bataille et de submerger ses adversaires. Cependant, il existe des cartes plus efficaces pour des effets similaires, comme Avenger of Zendikar ou Hornet Queen, qui peuvent apporter une valeur immédiate ou avoir des capacités supplémentaires. Bien que Giant Adephage puisse être une carte amusante et savoureuse à inclure dans des decks occasionnels, ce n'est peut-être pas le choix le plus compétitif pour des stratégies plus optimisées dans Magic : the Gathering.

As the token is created, it checks the printed values of the Giant Adephage it’s copying—or, if the Giant Adephage whose ability triggered was itself a token, the original characteristics of that token as stated by the effect that put it onto the battlefield—as well as any copy effects that have been applied to it. It won’t copy counters on the Giant Adephage, nor will it copy other effects that have changed Giant Adephage’s power, toughness, types, color, or so on. Normally, this means the token will simply be a Giant Adephage. But if any copy effects have affected that Giant Adephage, they’re taken into account.
