Zodiac Rat, Creature — rat, designed by Qi Baocheng first released in May, 1999 in the set Portal Three Kingdoms and was printed exactly in 2 different ways.
The Zodiac Rat card would be beneficial in a black-based aggressive deck that aims to quickly overwhelm the opponent with creatures. Its Swampwalk ability can make it difficult for the opponent to block, especially if they are playing a deck with Swamps. However, there are better cards with similar abilities such as Skittering Skirge or Carnophage which offer more power or additional abilities. Ultimately, Zodiac Rat could see play in a budget or casual deck, but in competitive settings, there are stronger options available.
