This card, Ramosian Rally, would benefit a white weenie aggro deck that aims to swarm the board with small creatures and go wide. It provides a temporary boost to all creatures, helping to push through damage and potentially finish off the opponent. While it can be a useful finisher in the right deck, there are arguably better options such as Honor of the Pure or Benalish Marshal which provide a more permanent boost to your creatures. However, Ramosian Rally could still see play in specific strategies that rely on overwhelming the opponent with a sudden burst of power.
