Breakneck Berserker would be a great addition to an aggressive red deck looking to apply early pressure due to its Haste ability, allowing it to attack immediately. While it may not be the most powerful card available, there are certainly stronger options for aggressive red decks such as Goblin Guide or Monastery Swiftspear. However, Breakneck Berserker could still see play in budget decks or in specific strategies that benefit from its unique attributes.
