About Secret Plans
Secret Plans, Enchantment, designed by Daarken first released in Sep, 2014 in the set Khans of Tarkir and was printed exactly in 4 different ways.
Secret Plans would be beneficial in a morph-themed deck in Magic: the Gathering, as it provides a nice card draw engine whenever your face-down creatures are flipped up. However, there are stronger cards like Trail of Mystery that offer similar benefits with additional advantages, making them more viable options for competitive play. Secret Plans could still see play in more casual or budget decks focused on morph strategies.
Rules
09/20/14
As soon as a creature turns face up, it loses the +0/+1 from Secret Plans. If damage marked on that creature is equal to or greater than its new toughness, the creature will be destroyed.
