Rolling Temblor, Sorcery, designed by Cliff Childs first released in May, 2020 in the set Innistrad and was printed exactly in 3 different ways.
Rolling Temblor would be beneficial in a red aggro or midrange deck that aims to clear the board of small creatures to maintain board control. While it can be effective in certain matchups, there are potentially better options like Anger of the Gods, which exiles creatures and prevents graveyard recursion, or Pyroclasm for a cheaper board wipe effect. Rolling Temblor could see play in specific metagames where it shines against creature-heavy strategies, but its effectiveness may vary depending on the overall deck composition and the current state of the metagame.

To determine the total cost of a spell, start with the mana cost or alternative cost (such as a flashback cost) you’re paying, add any cost increases, then apply any cost reductions. The converted mana cost of the spell is determined only by its mana cost, no matter what the total cost to cast the spell was.

You can cast a spell using flashback even if it was somehow put into your graveyard without having been cast.

“Flashback [cost]” means “You may cast this card from your graveyard by paying [cost] rather than paying its mana cost” and “If the flashback cost was paid, exile this card instead of putting it anywhere else any time it would leave the stack.”
