This card would be beneficial in a red aggressive deck that aims to quickly deal damage to the opponent. However, there are better options available in Magic: the Gathering for a 4 mana cost creature with similar abilities, such as Goblin Guide or Monastery Swiftspear, which provide more immediate value and impact on the board. Rock Badger may not see much play in competitive decks due to its higher cost and limited evasion ability compared to other options.
