Restless Dreams, Sorcery, designed by John Matson first released in Feb, 2002 in the set Torment.
A deck that focuses on graveyard recursion and card advantage would benefit from using Restless Dreams in Magic: the Gathering. While this card can be useful in certain situations, there are better options available such as Dread Return or Reanimate which provide more efficient ways to bring creatures back from the graveyard. Restless Dreams may not see much play in competitive decks due to its high cost and additional card discard requirement.
