About Natural End
Natural End, Instant, designed by Scott Chou first released in May, 2012 in the set Avacyn Restored and was printed exactly in 2 different ways.
A deck that focuses on controlling the board and gaining life would benefit from including Natural End. Decks that aim to disrupt their opponent's strategies by removing key artifacts or enchantments while also gaining life to prolong the game would find this card useful. However, there are more versatile options like Reclamation Sage or Return to Nature that offer similar effects with additional flexibility, making them potentially better choices depending on the specific meta and deck strategy. Natural End could see play in sideboards or in specific metagames where its unique combination of effects is particularly valuable.
Rules
07/12/19
If the target artifact or enchantment is an illegal target by the time Natural End tries to resolve, the spell doesn’t resolve. You don’t gain life. If the target is legal but not destroyed (most likely because it has indestructible), you do gain life.
