Midsummer Revel, Enchantment, designed by Steve Firchow first released in Oct, 1998 in the set Urza's Saga.
This card would benefit a green-based token or ramp deck that aims to generate a large number of creatures quickly. While Midsummer Revel can be powerful in the right deck, there are potentially better options like Parallel Lives or Doubling Season that can create even more tokens with a single activation. However, Midsummer Revel could still see play in decks looking for additional token generation and a way to utilize excess mana.
