About Melt Terrain
Melt Terrain, Sorcery, designed by John Avon first released in Oct, 2010 in the set Scars of Mirrodin. It see play in 1 formats: Commander.
Melt Terrain would be beneficial in a red aggressive deck looking to disrupt the opponent's mana base while dealing damage. However, a more versatile option could be Molten Rain, which also destroys a land and deals damage but at a lower cost of 1 R R . Melt Terrain could see play in specific metagames where land destruction is crucial, but overall, Molten Rain may be a more efficient choice for most decks.
Rules
