Looter il-Kor would be a great addition to a deck that focuses on card advantage and graveyard interactions, such as a Dimir or Grixis control deck in Magic: The Gathering. While Looter il-Kor provides card draw and selection, there are potentially better options like Snapcaster Mage or Jace, Vryn's Prodigy that offer more versatility and power in competitive play. However, Looter il-Kor could still see play in more casual or budget decks looking to fill a similar role.

If an attacking creature has multiple evasion abilities, such as shadow and flying, a creature can block it only if that creature satisfies all of the appropriate evasion abilities.
